255 g plain chocolate chips (could use 170 g plain and 85 g peanut butter chips)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 180 C.
- Grease and square baking pan.
- Mix together the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
- Smash bananas in a separate bowl, add creme fraiche, vanilla, egg and oil.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix.
- Fold in 170 g of chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into greased loaf pan.
- Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips over the top of batter.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
